It has hit me that my summer vacation is almost over and school is going to be here any minute. It makes me sad in a way, but also kind of excited because I missed school to tell you the truth!
What have I been up to? I have been trying to get into shape and have finally purchased myself some ankle weights and wrist weights! I'm very excited about this because I have been looking for them because I heard they help tone the legs and arms. I have found out that they are good for powerwalking but not so great for begineer joggers.
I have also decided to do a two week cleanse which includes:
- no sugar at all
- no cakes, candies, or coffee
- 2 hours of walking per day unless something doesn't work out then at least 1 hour
- 3 meals plus two snacks
- no beef
- yes to pork and chicken but in moderation
- no beverages except water and green tea
- practice portio cntrol
- no eating after 7:30
